Karen has over 30 years experience in the dental field as office manager, treatment coordinator, implant coordinator, financial coordinator and business specialist. She also has several years of clinical experience giving her a full perspective on the dental office dynamics. Karen is familiar with all aspects of Implant Reconstruction & Cosmetic Dentistry, and is excited to be working with such a talented group of people: "Dr. MacPherson is an exceptional Board Certified Prosthodontist. I am delighted to be part of such a specialized team."

Karen’s passion is personally walking the patient through their journey, step by step, until the treatment is completed. As a professional she is dedicated to maximizing the patient experience. She is also committed to continuing education.

Karen is a native Californian. She is married and has raised two children, Jenny and Matthew. She has one grandson named Deven. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, family and loves her speed boat and vacation home in Lake Arrowhead. She has two wire fox terriers “Halle” and “Charger Girl” that keep her quite busy. As you can guess, she supports the San Diego Chargers. She would like to be the first one to welcome you to our office.
